Fitrah Ain Binti Idris also known as Fitrah is an Associate in Palany, Fairus & Adib Chambers and predominately engages in the areas of Conveyancing, Commercial Matters and Civil Litigation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fitrah graduated with a Professional Degree in Bachelor of Law (LLB Hons) from Northern University of Malaysia (UUM) in 2018. She was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in 2020.
EXPERIENCE
Her exposure during her studies and professional practice includes but not limited to General Litigation, Commercial, Employment Disputes and Corporate matters. She has assisted trials, hearings and other proceeding for various contentious matters involving high profile cases litigated before the High Court and the Appellate Courts in Malaysia.
Fitrah commenced her legal career in Palany, Fairus & Adib Chambers with an active involvement in conveyancing matters, while assisting the Partners in litigation and corporate matters, ranging from drafting of commercial to conveyancing agreement such as Sale and Purchase Agreement, Collaboration Agreement, Joint Ventures Agreement, Loan Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement and Tenancy Agreement.
